How do I determine which brush is right for my hair type?
We offer a range of brushes designed for different textures. Our Dual Bristle Brush is ideal for all hair types to distribute natural oils, while the Boar Bristle Brush is perfect for fine to medium hair, and the Nylon Bristle Brush is best for detangling thick or curly hair.
Are your hair care products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all Crown Affair formulas—including our Ritual Shampoo and Conditioner—are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and specifically formulated to be safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most unopened and lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sets and limited edition items may have specific restrictions.
Do you ship internationally?
