Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Crown Affair box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Receive Your Refund
After our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
